Rest assured the incident occurred because of our greater commitment to product quality rather than less. 
We had broken the original quality seal to verify compliance labels on the product and package contents.
Due to unusual staffing circumstances related to the ongoing pandemic we had omitted to reseal the packages with a fresh quality seal.
The Finestra Miner unit you have received is no different than any other quality unit that we ship.
