At MIMIQ, we strive to improve the performance and stability, and are constantly issuing  software updates, at no extra charge.

On rare occasions, we also issue other kinds of updates. Finestra recently tested a new mix of cable specifications, which improved our device performance and stability in a percentage of devices. As part of an ongoing effort to improve our global procurement, we have chosen to change our power cable suppliers. 

The new cable is included in all new production builds.

As of this announcement (February 24th), all builds shipped contained the previous spec power cable, and need to be upgraded. Improved replacement power cables that meet our specifications will ship free of charge, thanks to the team at CalChip Connect.
